The Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly capable dental laboratory technician to join our team. Currently, we have a state-of-the-art digital lab that manufactures our fixed and some removable prosthetics. We deal with the latest dental materials ranging from multilayered zirconia to lithium disilicate restorations. In addition, we have customizable solutions for our patients.
To ensure success as a Dental Laboratory Technician, you should demonstrate extensive knowledge of dental technologies and experience in a similar role. A top-notch dental laboratory technician will be someone whose expertise results in highly functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing dental replacements.

Responsibilities:
• Restoring or replacing natural teeth by fabricating crowns, fixed and removable bridges, dentures, and implant retained restorations
• Producing models from physical dental impression molds or digital models via 3D printing
• Constructing prosthetics from digital design platforms (inLab and 3Shape)
• Manufacturing, glazing, and finishing dental prosthetics prior to placement by dentists
• Ability to customize restorations with glazing and cut-back techniques
• Adjusting dental prostheses and devices before final placements
• Managing supply inventories, performing routine equipment maintenance, and facilitating repairs
• Documenting processes and adhering to industry regulations and safety standards
• Keeping up to date of advancements in the field of dental laboratory technologies and techniques
About You:
• Accredited dental laboratory technology program
• Certified Dental Technician (CDT) preferred
• 2+ years of experience as a dental laboratory technician preferred
• In-depth knowledge of dental prostheses, devices, and related technologies
• Experience in constructing, replacing, repairing, and restoring fixed and removable prosthetics
• Experience with dental laboratory CAD/CAM software, such as in-lab and 3 Shape (training will be offered)
• Exceptional manual dexterity and precision
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Great communication and collaboration abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
