Please arrive about 10 minutes early on your first appointment to fill out intake forms, or fill them online ahead of time.

To begin, your dentist will review your medical and dental history, then complete a comprehensive dental exam. This exam will involve a detailed examination of your gums, teeth, bite and jaw, as well as an oral cancer screening and any required x-rays.
Treatment Plan
Your dentist will develop a long-term dental plan based on your history and examination. There will also be time to ask any questions you may have about your dental health and treatment options.

- How do I reschedule an appointment?
To reschedule an appointment, please call us. Please notify us about any change of plans as soon as possible, so the space in our schedule can be offered to another patient.
- Do you offer appointment reminders?
In the days before your appointment, you will receive automated phone appointment reminders from us. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please call us as soon as possible to notify us.
- Do you provide services in any languages other than English?
Yes, our office is able to provide dental services in several languages including Russian, Filipino and Spanish.
If you have a language preference, please advise us when booking your appointment.
- Does your clinic have on-site parking?
Yes, we have free on-site parking available for all our patients. We are also easily accessible via public transit.
Insurance Claims & Payment Methods
At Cloverdale Dental Group, we offer multiple options for payment, so you can focus on getting the dental care you need.

Payment is required in full at the time of treatment. You will be reimbursed by your insurance company.
While we are happy to send claims electronically to your insurance company on your behalf, we do not do direct billing to insurance.

We accept payment by debit or most major credit cards.
